Why AFBCC Exists: Reclaiming Biblical Care in a Confused Age

Welcome to the All Faith Biblical Counseling Center (AFBCC) Doctrinal Library. If you’re reading this, you’re stepping into a space built for clarity, conviction, and Christ‑centered care. My name is William Partington, and I founded AFBCC with a simple but urgent burden: the church must recover its calling to shepherd souls with the truth of Scripture.
For years I’ve watched believers struggle under the weight of modern confusion — identity, suffering, sin, trauma, relationships, spiritual warfare — while the church often outsourced its responsibility to secular systems. AFBCC was born from the conviction that God has not left His people without wisdom, power, or a path forward. His Word is sufficient, His gospel is transformative, and His church is called to care.
This blog — and the entire Doctrinal Library — exists to equip you with theological depth and pastoral clarity. Here you’ll find teaching that is rooted in Scripture, shaped by historic orthodoxy, and aimed at real‑world discipleship. Some posts will be doctrinal, some practical, some prophetic, and some deeply pastoral. All of them will be anchored in the conviction that Christ is Lord and His Word is enough.
In the weeks ahead, you can expect:
Teaching series that walk-through

core doctrines
Articles addressing cultural confusion with biblical clarity
Tools for counseling, discipleship, and spiritual formation
Resources for churches reclaiming their role in soul care
Reflections meant to strengthen your faith and sharpen your discernment
Whether you are a pastor, counselor, ministry leader, or simply a believer hungry for truth, my prayer is that this space strengthens your walk and deepens your confidence in the sufficiency of Scripture.
