AFBCC NPO
Welcome to our mission! We are dedicated to equipping the church with Reformed discipleship resources that bring Biblical clarity to the care of souls called to serve Christ. Recognizing that this mission requires the support of fellow believers, we adhere to the call to uplift the widowed, the fatherless, and all who are vulnerable. Through doctrinally rich teaching, practical guides, and Christ-centered formation tools, we aim to strengthen believers, support pastors, and encourage those in spiritual need, all while rooted in the sufficiency of Scripture and the ordinary means of grace. We cannot carry out this mission alone; with the support of fellow believers, we can steward resources wisely and bring meaningful help to those the church is called to uphold.
Our Nonprofit Ministry
All Faith Biblical Counseling Center desires to equip believers with clear, accessible, and theologically rich tools for Reformed discipleship. Each resource is crafted to help you grow in Biblical clarity, doctrinal depth, and Christ-centered maturity.

A Letter from the Founder
For as long as I can remember, I have carried a deep burden for the church — not a burden of frustration, but of love. I have watched countless believers wrestle with questions they feel they should already know how to answer: What is faith? How do I live it? Why does it feel so fragile in a world that keeps shifting beneath my feet?
These questions are not signs of weak Christianity. They are signs of a generation longing for clarity, depth, and truth. And they are the questions that shaped the calling behind All Faith Biblical Counseling Center.
This ministry was born out of years of teaching, counseling, and walking with people who sincerely love Christ yet feel unanchored in their understanding of faith. I have seen how easily “faith” becomes reduced to emotion, optimism, or personal narrative — and how quickly that kind of faith collapses under pressure. I have also seen the beauty and strength of biblical faith: rooted in the character of God, centered on the person of Christ, and sustained by the power of the Spirit.
AFBCC exists because I believe the church needs a renewed vision of faith — one that is doctrinally clear, spiritually grounded, and lived out with conviction. My desire is not to add noise to the modern conversation, but to offer a steady, trustworthy voice that helps believers understand what faith truly is and how it shapes every part of life.
Our mission is simple: to help the church recover a biblical understanding of faith and to equip believers to live it with clarity, resilience, and joy.
We do this through teaching, counseling, discipleship, and resources that are rooted in Scripture and shaped by the historic Christian tradition. We aim to serve individuals, strengthen families, and support churches by offering theological clarity and pastoral care in a world that desperately needs both.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about this ministry. My prayer is that AFBCC will serve you, encourage you, and help you grow in the kind of faith that endures — not because it is strong in itself, but because it is anchored in the God who is faithful.
In Christ,
William Partington

Who We Are
All Faith Biblical Counseling Center (AFBCC) is a nonprofit theological and discipleship ministry committed to restoring biblical clarity, strengthening the church, and equipping believers to live faithfully in a confused age. We exist to help God’s people recover a distinctly Christian understanding of faith, identity, and care.
What We Do
-
Faith & Practice — weekly public reflections for Christian living
-
Doctrinal Library — in‑depth theological resources for partners
-
Teaching & Training — future courses, workshops, and curriculum
-
Counseling & Care Resources — helping churches build biblical care structures
Our Mission
To provide biblically grounded teaching, resources, and training that form believers into mature disciples of Jesus Christ and support churches in their calling to shepherd souls.
Why We Exist
Modern Christianity is often shaped more by cultural assumptions than biblical truth. AFBCC exists to help believers rediscover the clarity of Scripture, the beauty of the gospel, and the calling of the church to form disciples and care for souls.
Our Vision
We envision a renewed Christian community where:
-
doctrine shapes practice
-
churches reclaim their biblical responsibility for care
-
believers grow in clarity, conviction, and confidence
-
the next generation receives faithful theological formation
